September 2025: the AI companion gets an org identity, and Jira integration arrives
The AI companion became org-aware. September built out the companion (Zunou's meeting bot/agent) with real status tracking, detail views, an auto-trigger setting, and scaling to handle load — and gave it an org-specific name and display name in meetings, so the bot shows up identifiably as part of your organization rather than as a generic presence.
Jira integration arrived. A first Jira integration shipped, with an update later in the month refining how it connects — the start of pulling external project-management data into Zunou.
Onboarding took shape. New users get pulse setup screens on first login, an onboarded-status flag to track where they are in the flow, and a redirect to their organization once set up — plus each new user now gets a personal pulse created automatically.
Also shipped: system audio capture as a source when creating meeting transcripts, and error handling/retry added to the break-message flow.
