May 2025: meetings go real-time over websockets, and the AI agent learns your org chart
Meetings moved to real-time updates. May added WebSocket events for meeting sessions — status changes and end-of-meeting notifications now push live instead of requiring a refresh — backed by a dedicated SQS queue worker and companion listener for processing transcripts as they come in.
The AI agent got org-aware. The org chart became available directly in task creation and in pulse chat, and the agent gained a tool for querying meeting content directly plus full-text search across meeting titles — moving from generic responses toward ones grounded in a company's actual structure and meeting history.
A "Collabs" feature took shape. May added a user-collab endpoint, an org-level filter for collabs, and a broadcast event when a collab session ends — a real-time collaborative surface distinct from meetings or chat.
Also shipped: timesheets now auto-stop at end of day, markdown rendering gained table support, and data sources became downloadable directly through chat.
