June 2026: agents get their own accounts, and Nova's home screen turns AI-native

AI agents became visible, manageable team members. Through the back half of June, Zunou shipped the infrastructure to treat AI agents as real org members rather than background processes: agent accounts with their own identity and login, editable profiles (name, avatar, job title, description), and an admin console to create and manage them alongside human staff. Agents now show up across the org chart, task boards, and chat as clearly marked, draggable members — with their own skills and instructions, editable in a proper markdown editor, and run controls to pause, stop, or restart them. "Glass Office" adds a live, realtime view of an org's actual workspace — agents, meetings, and activity visible as they happen. By month's end, agents could also connect out to the tools they need: GitHub repositories (clone, status, token-scoped access), AWS, and a browser integration, each with its own credential and health status on an admin readiness panel.

Nova's home screen got an AI layer. Zunou's mobile/dashboard home surface ("Nova") picked up a run of AI-driven features this month: a Focus Feed that separates signal from noise, an adaptive agenda that fills in "today" intelligently as the day moves from far-out to catching-up, and on-device meeting recording with real-time transcription. A new "Ask Zunou" mode puts a 1:1 AI chat directly inside any pulse as its own chat topic, and notes search moved to semantic vector search so finding something means describing it, not remembering the exact words.

Calendar support reached full parity with Outlook. Alongside existing Google Calendar support, June added Microsoft Outlook: OAuth account linking, inbound sync via Microsoft Graph, full calendar CRUD, and detection/notification when an Outlook token expires — bringing Microsoft 365 users to the same level of support Google Workspace users already had.

A few other threads worth naming: a "Chief of Staff" agent sync added morning and end-of-day voice rituals with AI-generated prep summaries and day-wrap debriefs; and Zunou MCP (the protocol that lets external AI clients like Claude connect securely to a Zunou org) picked up Auth0-backed authentication, making that connection safe to offer to customers rather than just internal testing.

Reflects PRs merged to 77brainz/zunou-services in June 2026 (source, confirmed by Edwin). Merged and release-trained is not the same as confirmed live for every user — treat this as what the team built and shipped toward production, not a guarantee every feature is turned on for every org today.
