February 2025: notifications launch as a real system, and third-party integrations take shape

Notifications became a real system. February reworked notification services from the ground up: a dashboard with its own component, real-time delivery over WebSocket on pulse pages, per-user (not per-pulse) unread tracking, org-level filtering, sorting by recency, unread items surfaced first, and a pending-count indicator. Notifications also became triggerable via chat. It's the earliest sign in the archive of notifications as a first-class system rather than a bolted-on card.

Third-party integrations took early shape. Fireflies integration was extended to work across all agents, and integration sync status started being tracked and logged. Slack and Xero integration buttons were disabled early in the month (Feb 4) — the merge history here doesn't show when they first appeared, so this may have been an early attempt reaching its end rather than a within-month launch-and-pull.

Also shipped: a delete endpoint and UI for managing "Goals" landed early in the month (Feb 5-6); the feature itself was renamed to "Strategy" near month's end (Feb 24), a separate, later change.
