April 2026: tasks get real-time chat integration, and an investor deck tool ships

Tasks and team chat merged into one surface. April tied task management directly into chat: tasks now show up and update inside team chat threads in real time, with typing indicators and assignee notifications on task comments, a redesigned task list and task-item cards, and the ability to search tasks by number. Pulse members got a unified invite-and-manage view, and pulse sidebars picked up a dedicated meetings tab.

Notifications got more real-time and more controllable. A new realtime connection layer for notifications, a push-notification opt-in toggle, a notification indicator on the calendar button, and a "Push Inspector" developer tool for debugging notification delivery all shipped this month.

Org management picked up two long-missing basics: owners can now delete an organization (with a two-step confirmation), and non-owner members can leave an org on their own — alongside a simplified invite flow.

The meeting bot scaled toward public rollout, with auto-scaling infrastructure added to handle broader usage, and Nova (mobile) picked up iOS Universal Links, a mobile onboarding flow, and resilience/error-handling improvements across app actions.

A new launch-agent tool for generating investor pitch decks shipped — deck tool calls, per-section prompts, and a download mode — alongside continued Japanese-language support, this time for the calendar and event UI.
